The fact that you're here means that you're ready for something in your life to change, and you're looking for guidance on how to bring that desire to fruition. I hope that after viewing my profile, I seem like a good fit to walk alongside you on this new path you'd like to make in life. It's always an honor when someone confides in and trusts me enough to help them through deeply private and painful life experiences.
My educational background and primary specialties include integral relationship coaching, wellness counseling, health psychology, positive psychology, developmental psychology, somatic psychology, sexual psychology, stress management and masculine-feminine embodiment. I specialize in trauma-informed therapies and nervous system regulation; somatic attachment therapy, relational integrative trauma therapy and organic intelligence. I utilize somatic and mindful breathing techniques to help you get in tune with your body, access your feelings, and connect with your authentic self. I also use the IFS or "parts" work as a modality to help process trauma and break free from self-defeating patterns.

I'm passionate about working with people to achieve the changes they're seeking in their life and relationships, so they can feel happier, healthier, and more connected. Whether you ultimately decide to speak with me or someone else, I'd like to acknowledge what an accomplishment it is to be where you're at.
